Filipino Arts Camp

This years camp will be the Armas De Mano's
9th annual camp with Guro Pat Kelly and Guro David leading the
two day event to success. To maintain our "what works"
strategy, we will continue to
offer joint teaching sessions for both the beginner practitioner and
intermediate/advanced level practitioner throughout the training
sessions.

Athletic
Sports - Accelerated Skills Training 2011
!
The 2011 year will continue to bring about an
accelerated sports training program for High School students.
Join the others as they participate in training sessions that will give you a
unique edge over others involved in similar sport activities. Guro David will provide supplemental training to enhance your
abilities by employing martial arts concepts, principles and dynamic
control tactics to help you become a winner!.
The private training sessions will be held on Saturday and extend
for a period of time (weeks/months) based on the level of
training desired by the student.
If you are currently involved in an athletic
program have your parents give us a call if you believe that
we can make a difference in your journey.
Become a member of the
Academy's Submission/Grappling Arts program and enhance your
all-around game. This is a great class for those on High
School Wrestling teams who want to take their training to a
heightened level, or the MMA practitioner who wants to excel at his
ground game. Classes are in
place for the 2011 year and enrollment is currently open as of
January 2011.

8:00-8:50.
